Information We Collect

Contact form submissions

When you submit our contact form, we collect your name, email address, and message. This data is used solely to respond to your inquiry.

Automatically collected data

• IP address — temporarily stored for up to 1 hour to enforce rate limiting and prevent abuse of the contact form.
• Anonymous usage data — page views, referrer, country/region, browser type, device type, and Core Web Vitals. This data is collected by Vercel Analytics and Speed Insights, contains no personally identifiable information, and uses no cookies.
• Bot detection signals — Cloudflare Turnstile collects browser signals (IP address, TLS fingerprint, user agent) to distinguish humans from bots. Turnstile does not set cookies in its standard implementation.

How We Use Your Information

• Responding to inquiries — your contact form data is used to reply to your message.
• Abuse prevention — IP addresses are rate-limited to prevent spam.
• Site analytics — anonymous, aggregated data helps us understand traffic and improve performance.

Third-Party Service Providers

We use the following services to operate this site. Each acts as a data processor on our behalf:

• Vercel — hosting, anonymous analytics, and performance monitoring.
• Resend — email delivery for contact form submissions. SOC 2 compliant, GDPR compliant.
• Cloudflare — Turnstile bot protection on the contact form.
• Upstash — Redis-based rate limiting infrastructure. SOC 2 compliant, GDPR compliant.

Cookies and Tracking

This site does not use cookies. Vercel Analytics is cookieless and does not track individual visitors across sessions or sites. Cloudflare Turnstile does not set cookies in its standard mode.

Data Retention

• Contact form data — email delivery metadata is retained by Resend for up to 1 day, then automatically deleted. We may retain your inquiry in our inbox for up to 6 months to respond and follow up.
• Rate limiting data — IP addresses automatically expire after 1 hour.
• Analytics data — anonymized and aggregated by Vercel; no individual visitor data is retained beyond 24 hours.

Your Rights

Depending on your location, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or export your personal data, or to object to its processing. To exercise any of these rights, email us at hello@wenindoubt.com.

If you are in the EU/EEA, you also have the right to lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.

Data Security

All data is transmitted over HTTPS. Our service providers maintain encryption at rest and in transit. Access to personal data is limited to what is necessary for the purposes described above.

International Transfers

Data may be processed in the United States. Our service providers maintain Standard Contractual Clauses and/or participate in the EU-US Data Privacy Framework to ensure adequate protection.

Children's Privacy

This site is not directed at children under 16. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

Changes

We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the effective date above.
